- Land Certificate - Annexure B: Annexure B declaring contiguous, boundary-walled land.
- Lease Validity: Minimum remaining lease duration as per bye-laws.
- Society/Trust Registration: Certified active copy + non-profit affidavit.
Staff & Operational Records
- State recognition certificate: Recognition proof under RTE Act.
- EPF challan list: Latest staff deposit records.
- Salary Certificate: Bank ledger statement showing single transfer list.

Pre-Audit & Safety Renewals (12 Months Before Expiry)
Verify current building, fire, and sanitation validity dates. Schedule state engineer audits to renew expired certificates in advance.
Mandatory Website Update (6 Months Before Expiry)
Format public disclosures, update staff rolls, and upload safety certificates onto your official website to meet SARAS submission rules.
Online Submission (preceding expiry year)
Register on the SARAS board portal, upload all certificates, declare infrastructure specifications, and pay processing fees.
Board Scrutiny & Verification
