A. General Information

Every CBSE-affiliated school must prominently display essential institutional details, including the school name, affiliation number, school code, complete address, principal's qualifications, official email ID, and contact information. This ensures transparency and enables parents, students, and stakeholders to verify the school's identity and affiliation status.

B. Documents and Information
The Documents and Information section requires every CBSE-affiliated school to upload self-attested copies of all mandatory statutory certificates and approvals on its official website. These documents verify the school's legal status, safety compliance, recognition, and infrastructure standards. CBSE has clearly stated that all uploaded documents must be genuine and duly self-attested by the Chairman/Manager/Secretary and Principal, failing which the school may face action under the Affiliation Bye-Laws.

This enables parents and stakeholders to assess the school's academic planning, governance, and overall performance.

Schools must disclose details such as the total campus area, classrooms, laboratories, library, internet connectivity, sanitation facilities, and CWSN-friendly infrastructure. Additionally, CBSE requires schools to provide a YouTube video link of the school inspection, allowing parents and stakeholders to virtually assess the campus and verify the infrastructure claimed by the school.
